From January 1, 2025, dog and bicycle transport will be free on the MÁV Group's trains, the HÉV lines (H5, H6, H7, H8, H9), and select VOLÁN bus routes within Budapest.
Starting January 7, 2025, several types of transport passes will be discontinued, as announced by the Budapest Transport Center (BKK) on Monday.
