Szoboszlai returns to Liverpool's starting lineup

Dominik Szoboszlai made a notable comeback to Liverpool’s starting lineup during Saturday's FA Cup match against Accrington Stanley, contributing with an assist.

After missing the last three matches due to illness and suspension, Szoboszlai last played on December 22, where he scored in a 6-3 victory over Tottenham.

Liverpool, currently leading the English Premier League, triumphed over their fourth-tier opponents with a 4-0 victory, securing their place in the round of 32. Szoboszlai was pivotal in the second goal, providing the final pass that led to Trent Alexander-Arnold's shot.

Match Substitution

Although Szoboszlai was substituted at halftime, Liverpool was already leading 2-0 at the time. Italian player Federico Chiesa came on for him and scored a goal in the 90th minute.
