Péter Magyar launches nationwide tour

Peter Magyar, the president of the Tisza Party, has announced a new nationwide tour via his Facebook page.

He will be joined by Members of the European Parliament from the Tisza Party, city officials from Budapest, as well as party members, artists, and representatives from Tisza Szigetek.

Focus on Child Welfare and Social Dialogue

As part of this tour, Magyar plans to visit child protection institutions to highlight conditions there. The initiative includes starting a social dialogue titled “Voice of the Hungarians,” focusing on topics such as healthcare, family issues, and transportation.

Additionally, Magyar announced that the application phase for their leadership position will conclude next week. Preparations for the Advent period will also begin, which will feature charity auctions and community events aimed at assisting those in need.

Previous Tours and Future Plans

Magyar previously held a tour before the June elections, which he wrapped up on June 8. Promising to re-launch, he intends to reach even the smallest communities before the upcoming parliamentary elections. In the summer, he also focused on hospital visits and addressing the situation of the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV).

As a related note, the communication director of the ruling Fidesz-KDNP party recently announced their own national tour, aimed at promoting national consultations, indicating a competitive political landscape ahead.
